Welcome To Kidney Walk!

We are excited to have you for the 2013 Northeast Ohio Walk. We have lots of exciting information to share with you during the months leading up to the walk and look forward to meeting you at Great Lakes Science Center on June 9, 2013. The Kidney Walk is a 1 to 3 mile non-competitive walk, and there is no registration fee. It is a family and pet friendly event!

CONTEST!!!! CONTEST!!!! CONTEST!!!!

Starting Monday, May 20th through Sunday 11:59 PM, May 26th, any walker who raises $500 in seven days will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gas card! There will 2 winners! For helpful hints keep reading and remember to ask everyone you see Memorial Day Weekend if you go to a picnic.

To raise $500 in 7 days:

Monday...Make you own donation...$25

Ask your boss for $50

Tuesday...Ask your spouse or significant other...$25

Wednesday...Ask 5 relatives for $20 each...$100

Thursday...Ask 5 friends for $15 each...$75

Friday...Ask 5 coworkers for $10 each...$50

Saturday...Ask 5 neighbors for $10 each...$50

Sunday...Ask 5 local businesses for $25 each...$125

Total...........$500!!! Good Luck!

Fundraising for Kidney Walk is fun and easy. By using your walker center, you will be well on your way to having a successful fundraising campaign. Still need more information? Visit the Team Captain Center or Walker Center, whichever best describes your role for this year's event, or contact Amy Solmos Wayne.

Incentives

You can earn great incentives for all your hard work. Every walker who raises a minimum of $100 will receive a Kidney Walk T-Shirt, but don't stop there. Our average walkers raise $200 and many continue fundraising to reach $1,000 where they can become a member of the Top Fundraiser's Club.
